Teacup - Handmade

Tatyanna Meharry is a very talented ceramic artist. She creates domestic ware pots and cups under the name Clae.  She believes in making ceramics to treasure, with each pot being individually made and finished by hand. Her pots currently feature experiments with local materials in a variety of different forms and functions. 

This collection of ceramics have been handmade in Christchurch. Truely unique and beautiful wares. The artist has incorporated sand from our local beaches such as Sumner, New Brighton, Taylors Mistake, Waimakariri River, The Port Hills and Akaroa, giving them a special touch of home. 

Each creation is handmade, so they will be one of a kind, no two items will be exactly the same.
